Refund Policy
Dear valued retailer,
At Nestroots, our primary goal is to provide products that meet or exceed your expectations. We sincerely hope that you will always be satisfied with your wholesale bookings and never have the need to refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy. In the highly unlikely event that you do need to initiate a return or exchange, we have outlined our policy below for your convenience.
For ALL Orders (Domestic)
- Write to us at enterprise@nestroots.com or contact us at +91 9220862335 to place your Return/Exchange request.
- Shipment replacement/exchange is accepted only under the following rules:
- Wrong product(s) delivered.
- Missing items.
- Defective products.
- Manufacturing issues.
- Replacement/ Exchange is accepted for up to 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Replacement/ Return will be accepted only if the product is unused and the tags are intact. Our team might request further information/images to evaluate your Return Request.
- Refunds for orders will initiate once the products reach our warehouse, and the amount will be directly credited to the source account within 5 - 7 working days, depending upon the country.
- Import duties, taxes, local shipping and handling costs, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibilities and shall not be reimbursed in the event of returns/exchange.
- For wholesale orders, the customer (retailer) is responsible for return logistics and shipment charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an Exchange/Return request shall not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages or damaged shipments that are dispatched by you. Refunds will not be issued for the same.
